Cricket star Ben Cutting and his model/TV presenter wife Erin Holland have released stunning new images of their first multi-residential development as they take the project to market.

Construction has started on Beju Residences, which will comprise four luxury townhomes in the exclusive neighbourhood of Echo Beach in Burleigh Heads, and is on track to be completed before the end of the year.

The Gold Coast development is a joint venture between the power couple’s residential and commercial property development company, Golconda Property Group, K2 Projects and EM Design.

“We are currently core filling the ground floor blockwork walls this week with formwork/scaffolding to start next week,” Mr Cutting told News Corp.

“Happy to report there are no issues and all is moving ahead of schedule.”

The big hitting all-rounder, who plays for the Sydney Thunder in the Big Bash League, said his business partner in the project, Kadir Muratoglu from K2 Projects, was doing a great job of construction.

“In a nod to the quality of his builds that buyers can expect, he is contracted to begin construction of the new Hilton Garden Inn at Spring Hill, which launched recently,” he said.

Nicholas Clydsdale and his team from CBRE Gold Coast are marketing the project and have facilitated a number of onsite inspections since the Christmas break, but no sales yet.

The townhomes range in price from $2.195m to $2.275m.

Mr Clydsdale said interstate migration continued to rally the Gold Coast housing market, putting pressure on both rents and the uptake of new housing.

“The quality of life and affordable cost of living compared to the southern states is now more pronounced than ever,” he said.
