the ‘luxo nordic collection’ designed by the oslo-based studio is a series of decorative pendant lights, equipped with professional led light sources and drivers. ELV is clad in a mirror-like material that seems solid and reflects the room. however, when lit, the diffusor is exposed adding a surprising glow. SVA resembles these rock formations so typical for the nordic coastal line; with their naked weathered surface, they have a solid but elegant appearance. snö hides a light source in a round soft diffuser, giving the feeling that floats inside the semi-transparent glass dome.
the mirror-like surface of ELV bring to mind how the running water of a stream curiously imitates its surroundings, giving it a new and fascinating appearance
the volumes evolve both in shape and size, to create a richer expression when combined in groups
snö has a light source embedded in a round soft diffuser, which seems to be floating inside the semi-transparent glass dome
